My sister

We were nervous
to put our home on the market. We were in the midst
of relocating out of state, so ours was a forced move
in that we had no option BUT to sell, and to sell
fast. There were some comparable sales in our neighborhood

When we decided
to sell our home we were not initially convinced that

We had been
